Unkillable Tools is operated by Vantage Curation. Using the site means accepting these terms. We've kept them short and readable, because terms that need a lawyer to decode are usually hiding something.
The tools on this site generate files. Those files — your exported calculators, your saved projects, and everything you configure in them — are yours. You own the output outright. You may use it commercially, modify it, host it anywhere, and include it in work you deliver to clients, with no attribution required beyond what your chosen tier includes.
The free tier adds a small credit line to exported files. Removing that line requires a Pro licence. Removing or obscuring it without a licence is the one use of the output we ask you not to make.
A Pro licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not expire and will not renew. It covers unlimited use by you or your organisation, on unlimited websites, including client projects.
Licence keys are for your own use. Publishing a key for others to use is not permitted; sharing it across your own devices explicitly is.
Thirty days, no questions asked. Reply to your Stripe receipt and say you'd like a refund. You do not need to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
The tools are provided "as is". We've tested the calculation engine thoroughly and it ships with an automated test suite, but you are responsible for checking that your formulas and rates are correct before you publish anything that quotes prices to customers.
Nothing generated here is professional advice. A cost estimator you build is an estimate produced by figures you supplied — not a binding quote, a valuation, or financial, legal or engineering advice. That applies equally to the example templates, whose default rates are illustrative and should be replaced with your own.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these tools is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
We intend to keep this website online, but we do not guarantee uptime — and deliberately, it does not matter very much. Files you have already exported do not depend on this site being up. That is the entire design principle of the product: if we vanish, your calculators keep working.
Don't use these tools to build things that are unlawful, deceptive, or designed to mislead people about prices or costs. Don't attempt to attack, overload, or reverse the site's licensing to obtain Pro without paying.
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Material changes will not retroactively affect a licence you have already bought.
